The service
Aven App Agent provides software for in-app assistance, knowledge answers, guided tutorials, and integration tools. Features, usage limits, and recurring prices are described on the Pricing page and in your order. AI-generated answers may be incomplete or incorrect; review important outputs and configure guidance only for applications you are authorized to manage.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account and integration credentials secure. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit documents, crawl websites, connect repositories, and process end-user data. Do not use Aven for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, harmful content, or attempts to bypass service security and usage limits. You retain rights to your submitted content and allow Aven to process it to provide the service.
Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Where checkout is available, Paddle is the merchant of record and processes the purchase under the terms displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. A seven-day free trial requires a payment method; unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected recurring charge begins after the trial. Taxes, currency, billing interval, and total due are shown before confirming the order. Annual plans are charged annually, not monthly.
Changes and cancellation
Manage payment details, invoices, and cancellation through Billing and its secure customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the checkout terms or applicable law provide otherwise. Plan changes and prorated adjustments are shown before confirmation. Availability and responsibility
The service depends on your application, integrations, and infrastructure providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular business outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Contact us about a service problem or billing dispute so we can investigate.
Privacy and updates
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the service or your account contact before applying where required. Contact the seller at the address below for questions, complaints, or account closure.
